Our hearts Convey

How many combinations
and how many ways can I say?
 "I love you more and more
with each breath I take."

I have counted on clichés
"to the moon and back"
and "forever and a day " as a
representation of the future,
present and past.

Combinations are endless
as our souls know the way
to write upon the heavens
