Power of the Mind

 There is one thing certain, 

and the obvious is true, 

you can search the world 

but there is only one you. 

There is many a feelings

and each one might be new, 

as those who cross my path

have nothing on you.

Once a fool 

to the power of heartbreak, 

till I took complete control 

and gave the words a new day.

I  fell victim to the dreams

as they were clear to me, 

when I awoke I felt the magic

of renewing those memories.

I didn't want to open my eyes,

I wanted to stay there by your side, 

to share in this moment
