Scripted By The Angels

Sky writing was rather common in the 1960's and airplanes would leave behind with their exhaust all kinds of messages.  Which brings to mind, what is it about life that we want to leave behind? Whether family or friend, loving and being loved is the ultimate experience. No where in the animal kingdom is there such an expression of emotion as with the human race. We can share in a smile, wipe away a tear and explore the passion that surfaces from the love infused soul.
Love is never an emotion in passing. Love takes root in the heart and grows deep within the soul and is seen and felt in all that we are and all that we do. My daughter purchased a little travel bag for my purse. On the outside of it said " cloud nine." She said "I instantly thought of you when I saw it." I laughed to myself as I thought of the impression that I had left behind. Ah yes! I guess I am known for " dancing on clouds. " They define cloud nine as " floating on extreme happiness."  Closing my eyes and reaching for your hand as I take to the clouds.

Remember the heavens,
the blue of the sky and
the love that we share
as time goes passing by.

Don't forget the happiness,
the magic and the joy and
the mystery of life when
girl meets boy.

~

Gaze upon the heavens
at the blue of the sky,
scripted by the angels
the love of you and I.

Carried in the heart
for whenever in need,
smiles and laughter
create a warm jubilee.

It may seem like magic
the happiness you bring,
touches my heart and
allows my soul to sing.

Gaze upon the heavens
at the blue of the sky,
scripted by the angels
the love of you and I.

Sings>Sometimes ya gotta
take to the dream,
holding tight the pillow
and give it a squeeze.

I gave it your name
in a whisper sweet,
as I closed my eyes
and almost felt your
heartbeat.

The sound melodic
like music to the ear,
as I imagined you
magically appeared.

Sometimes ya gotta
take to the dream,
holding tight the pillow
and give it a squeeze.
