My Do Nothing List

It is in the do nothing stage that we receive the greatest of pleasure... 

I choose your arms for my do nothing day.

Sharing ice tea,

a walk along the shore,

a kiss in the tunnel of love,

holding your hand,

feeling your heart beat,

and waking up in your arms.

Little drops of rain,

and a smile upon

my face as all that I

can think of is to

your lips trace.

The love between us,

the magic that just

won't let go and when

the day is over I thank

the Lord so.

Somethings are brief, like

a rose in bloom but when

I am with you forever is

on show.

Dreams bring you so near,

and when I close my eyes,

I'm always holding you my

dear.

Nothing can change what

became a part of me, your

love is so wonderful, beyond

what others see.
