Love and respect
comes from deep inside
and rises to the surface
when two souls align.
Inside and out
a relationship grows,
holding back the desire
is harder than you know.
Perhaps you'll understand
what the pillow knows,
to feel your heartbeat and let
the passion between us flow.
The more we share,

and caring is the trait
that true love shares.
The conflict is overbearing
between the heart and the mind
as I know that we have no control
over the rule of time.
They called it longsuffering
