la la la

I never stopped to hear the tune
of the song bird passing through,
I saw the storms that come our
way but failed to see the light
shined on threw.

The sky took on a shade of
a wonderful baby blue, from
the moment you reached
for my hand and in my heart
your love grew.

La la la , la la la as I felt
your love. La la la , la la la,
my heart sings true la la la
I love you, oh I love you
yes I do.

Love this Rachel!
I'm always singing to Rose and it so often ends with la la la :)

Oh, thanks for the lovely email, I was not there for a while and read it yesterday.

Take care, Poetry Friend :)

Hi Margie,
It is funny to a baby the words really have no meaning, it is just the sound of your voice that brings comfort. My father was the one who soothed with music and comforted when I was sick...though I prefer la la la's . My father had his own sound when I was ill kind of ahhh haaa that he would hum that seem to calm.
You are welcome!
Rachel
