Dissect The Heart

My heart filled with
the love we share.

There is the belief in what tomorrow will bring, hope and faith in yesterdays dreams. There is a space for heartache, loneliness and fear and a larger part for the love you and I share. Whether you are beside me or far away, I can sense your being in an unusual way. I see you in the morning when the sun begins to rise and again in the night when we dance in the sky.

~
When you're next to me than I begin to see, the world so wonderful as special as it should be. When you're next to, I begin to live the dream, where love is abound and only happiness is around.

When you're next to me than I begin to see, the world so wonderful and special as it should be.  When you're next to me, I begin to live the dream , where love is abound and only happiness is around.

I can see the children play, the dance of lovers on a summer day, I can see the darkness fade and replace it with the dreams we made. Periwinkle stars shine bright, twinkling in the sky at night. I can see your sweet smile, it bridges the distance and closes the gap in the miles.

To Breathe Your Air

I'd challenge the dragonfly
on a summer day, if I could
hold  still the moment when
your love came my way.

I'd take to the ocean just to
sail my love to you, if I could
hold still the moment when
your love came my way.

I take your breath and hold
it deep inside, slowly exhaling
as if it would make your dreams
mine. If I could hold still the
moment when your love
came my way.

Knowing you're there,
listening patiently to me,
as my heart speaks and
my soul dreams.

Beyond the winter
from ice land to sea,
sandy shores and
summer time breeze.

Knowing you're there,
listening patiently to me,
as my heart speaks and
my soul dreams.

The day when I am with
you and we are strolling
under skies so blue.

Knowing you're there,
listening patiently to me,
as my heart speaks and
my soul dreams.
